What customers say about our man and van / removal service:
"The best people for the job, hands down. Tom and Matthew were a dream to work with - experts in what they do and brought such a positive energy to the day so you could enjoy yourself rather than feel stressed. Tom was assuring and communicative from the very beginning explaining the process, and on the day of my move he shared his location and arrived promptly and got it all done so quickly. The perfect team and worth every penny. Couldn’t recommend highly enough" - Sophie Walker from South London on Google, Sept 2026
"We moved to our new home this weekend and used Tom and Matt. The service was brilliant - the communication ahead of the move was really clear so we knew exactly what to prepare to make the move as smooth as possible. The move itself was really efficient and they took very good care of our more fragile items. They also disassembled and reassembled a bed for us which made the move much easier. Most of all, they were very friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one. The pricing is very transparent so there are no surprises. I would definitely recommend Better Call Tom to anyone who is looking to move." - Barbara Ferrara from London on Google, August 2026
10/10 service. Tom and Matthew were super efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the move. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free; I didn't have to worry about anything despite moving off a busy high street. If you are looking for a reliable moving service, no headaches, it's an easy choice. Thank you both so much again!

Client testimonials for better Call tom - man and van
We hired Better Call Tom Man and Van for our 2 bed flat move removal with 2 men and a large Luton van. From start to finish, the service was extraordinary, and the team was very careful and efficient. Booking and direct communication through WhatsApp with Tom was making things so easy. Pricing was fair and transparent, and I found it cheap compared to other local removal companies I used in the past. They dismantled our bed, an L shaped sofa, and reassembled them in our new house after moving in. Tom also made sure everything was well protected and gave practical advice on how we prepare before the removal van arrives. The luton was loaded quite fast despite the amount they had to pack and the parking situation. They managed to transport all our goods from South London to East London with ease, and the unloading process was even faster at the new house. I highly recommend Better Call Tom to anyone moving house in the future. - Arianna R. from East London left this review on Google in February 2026.
This is the third time I have had the pleasure of having Tom help me moving house. I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else! Not only is he professional but he is also a lovely, cheerful and helpful person which makes the usual stress of moving homes stress free! His services are great value for money, he always offers a fair and honest price. He is no fuss and gets stuck right into the job quickly and efficiently. He treated my belongings with care and my furniture and fragile items were moved out and in with no breakages whatsover. This time, him and Matthew were on the job. Matthew was also lovely and did a top job. As a single woman, I felt completely at ease and comfortable in their presence. They are true gents. Thank you Tom and Matthew again for making the day so smooth and actually enjoyable! I’d recommend them to everyone. - Lucie E. from London on Google in 2024.
